All UK orders over £10 are shipped with FREE 2nd class delivery (3-5 working days)
We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days.
DELIVERY TIMES AND SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Delivery times will vary depending on where you are located. The delivery times provided by gowercoastcrafts.co.uk are estimates only. gowercoastcrafts.co.uk will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered they may be packed together in the same box, wax melts are sent in postage boxes and not gift boxes and part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set forth under our shipping pages.

All of our orders are sent with a Royal Mail GPS tracked service but unfortunately there is no option to add notes to Royal Mail deliveries. If the order will not fit through a letterbox and there is no one to accept the delivery it will be returned to the local sorting office. You will then be able to either arrange an alternative delivery date with the sorting office or collect the order in person.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only made until the order begins processing. Gower Coast Crafts cannot accommodate all address change requests.
Gower Coast Crafts takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Gower Coast Crafts do not have any control over these charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Gower Coast Crafts will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Gower Coast Crafts will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
